Description: SCP-9942 is an anomalous event confirmed to have occurred at 01:03 hours on March 1, 2026.
Through grueling investigative efforts by surviving Foundation personnel, the nature of the anomaly has been verified: from the aforementioned timestamp onward, all physical media bearing Chinese characters(regardless of form, including handwritten text and digital displays, seemingly determined by the completion of the physical rendering of Chinese characters) instantly gained an immense amount of additional mass out of nowhere, completely ignoring structural limits that should have prevented them from withstanding such weight, directly causing damage to numerous objects/equipment/personnel and deaths among personnel. Global order has collapsed.
The amount of additional mass gained by these media bearing Chinese characters appears to positively correlate with the character count. Post-disaster turmoil and equipment damage have impeded current operations, and precise proportional values cannot be provided at this time.
